My name is Yevhenii Yakovenko. I am the Executive Chef of the restaurant “Vedmezha Gora”. Cooking is my great passion. I am 28 years old and have more than 10 years of experience in cookery. The concept and philosophy of “Vedmezha Gora” are very close to me, and I am proud to be part of this place. Here I am surrounded by professionals who love what they do and inspire me to create and develop more and more. Ukrainian cuisine is a collection of various culinary traditions combined with local ingredients that make dishes so special and delicious. In our restaurant, my team and I are focused on the development and promotion of Carpathian cuisine. Authentic ingredients, modern cooking techniques and a great deal of imagination create the menu that invokes memory and adds a story to each plate. We cook Ukrainian dishes following the recipes of the Hutsul hostesses and use exclusively local products. You will be delighted with delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We have a wide selection of original meals and drinks made with local products. Try a soup with white mushrooms, a banosh with homemade sour cream, varenyky with blueberries, or made-in-house berry liqueurs.
